Jr. Jazz Basketball Leagues for boys 3rd through 9th grades
2016-2017 High School Jr Jazz League
Boys Jr Jazz league for high school kids. This is a team league. Teams must come in with an adult coach. Individuals looking for a team can email their contact information to or call the rec office at 801-629-8253.Fee is $450/team.
2016-2017 Mitey Mites Basketball
The Mighty Mites Basketball Program is for 3, 4 and 5 year old boys and girls. The program focuses on the fundamentals of the game (passing, running, shooting baskets and team work) through fun games activities and drills. Parents/Guardians will participate in the program with their children. $40 registration fee includes; program instruction, mini basketball and a t-shirt.
2016-2017 Mitey Mites Indoor Soccer
Indoor Recreational soccer program that puts emphasis on skill development, sportsmanship, and fun for 3-5 year olds. All games will be played at The Marshall White Center on Saturday mornings. $15 registration fee includes; 6 Games, participation award and a t-shirt.
Comp Youth Flag Football 2016
Competitive Youth Flag Football is for boys and girls from 1st Grade through Junior High. This is a team league for players and teams looking for more competition. You register as a team and come in with your own coach. The team fee is $550. The season is 7 games followed by a single elimination tournament.
Fall Comp. Baseball 2016
Leagues: 8/9/10-Monday nights, 11/12-Tuesday, 13u-Wed.,14-15u-Thur. 16-18u Tuesdays and Thursday. Team registration fee is $700 for a 10 game season the 16-18u is $800.00 all nights are Double Headers. Play begins the week of Aug 29th.

Jr Scot Wrestling Club 2016-17
FOR AGES PRESCHOOL - 6TH GRADE. Parent's Meeting Tuesday, Nov 1st 5:30pm at Ben Lomond's Wrestling Room. First day of practice: Wednesday November 2nd. Last day of practice: Wednesday February 1st. Practice held 5:30-6:30pm. For questions call Benji Carrier 801 436 4600.
Youth Flag Football 2016
Youth Flag Football is for boys and girls in Kindergarten through Jr. High. Youth Flag Football will be combining with Riverdale, South Ogden, South Weber, and Washington Terrace except for the Kindergarten age group. Registration is $25 including a jersey. It will be a 7 game season with potential for a single elimination tournament.

Ogden City Runs 6 Adult softball tournaments throughout the year all cost $250.00 and are 3 game guarantee with a upper and lower.

Adult Flag Football 2016
Cost is $425.00 for 7 games and a single elimination tournament. We will Play on Wed and Thur. nights starting August 31st. we will only take 8 teams per night.
Fall Volleyball 2016
Women's A/B, Coed A,B,C. - Team entry fee is $200 through 9/12. Games are played at Mt Ogden Junior High.

Private Swim Lessons
 Private lessons are arranged with an instructor BEFORE registering. To find an instructor please call Sarah, lifeguard manager, at 801 725 4773. Lesson schedule is arranged between you and the instructor. $60 includes 4 one-on-one private 1/2 hour lessons. Each additional lesson is $15. 
Speed and Agility Training
The main objective of speed and agility training is to help every athlete perform at his or her maximum potential. One of the key components in attaining this goal is having the necessary training tools and techniques to improve athletic performance. These Training sessions will focus on speed (development and techniques) Acceleration (resistance and assisted running drills)Agility (lateral quickness and mobility) Upper and lower body strength (plyometric and core strengthening) endurance, balance and stamina
